The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to any sale made on the website www.jennablossoms.me, programs.jennablossoms.me.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed on between Lightwork Media OÜ referred to as "the seller" and any physical person or legal entity making a purchase (product or service) on the website www.jennablossoms.me or programs.jennablossoms.me referred to as "the buyer"
ARTICLE 3 - OBJEcT
These sales conditions aim to define the contractual relationships between the seller and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller's website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The buyer declares to agree to these conditions without reserve or restriction, and no sale can be made without the buyer's acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The company may occasionally need to modify some of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, so it is necessary to reread them before each order. These modifications are effective upon their publication and cannot be applied to previously concluded contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PROducts and SERVICES
The products and services offered by the company are those presented in the 'shop' and 'programs and courses' categories on the seller's website. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the seller.
They are created by the company Lightwork Media OÜ. These include downloadable audio documents in MP3 format, downloadable e-books in PDF format, replays of online workshops given live, online courses with videos, audio files, PDFs, and access to private groups.
The photographs illustrating the products and services are not contractual.
ARTICLE 4 – prices
The prices of the products and services displayed on the website are shown in dollars, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes). The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of its confirmation.
ARTICLE 5 – orders
The confirmation of the order on the JennaBlossoms.me website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. No order can be validated without the express acceptance of these conditions. The order will be considered validated upon receipt of payment.
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service, must:
- Fill out the identification form, providing all requested contact details;
- Validate the order after reviewing it;
- Make the payment under the specified conditions;
- Confirm the order and payment
ARTICLE 6 – Terms of payment
In the context of an order on our website, the buyer has two secure payment methods. Either by credit card via the Stripe payment platform or through their PayPal account.
In both cases, your online credit card payment transactions are entirely secure. The buyer assures JENNA BLOSSOMS that they have the necessary payment authorizations for the credit cards used to pay on the site during their order.
No order will be validated without the unconditional acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the site. Any order will be validated and will take effect upon receipt of payment.
The seller will confirm the registered order by email.
The buyer will receive their purchased downloadable product by email automatically after their order.
If a technical problem prevents the buyer from receiving their purchase, the seller will not be held responsible. Additionally, the seller will manually send the product to the buyer if requested.
ARTICLE 7 – right of retract and refund
Downloadable virtual products being rigid and definitive by nature, implies they cannot be subject to exchange, refund, or right to retract. However, the seller pledges to refund or exchange damaged virtual products, including those with hidden defects or not corresponding to the description provided on the website.
For courses, there is a minimum trial period of 14 days. If the product does not meet your expectations during this period, you will be refunded without conditions.
ARTICLE 8 – intellectual property
The audio files, PDFs, videos, and any other purchases made on the JennaBlossoms.me website belong to the company and are protected by intellectual property rights and copyrights.
The buyer acknowledges that the use of the products ordered on the site must be limited to a use consistent with their purpose, within a strictly private framework. It is strictly prohibited to distribute them, as this may lead to legal action. The buyer will be the sole user of these products, excluding any reproduction or commercialization of them.
ARTICLE 9 – personal data
All personal data necessary for processing an order is retained by the seller. It is required for managing the buyer's order, as well as for improving products and services.
The user also authorizes the seller to use this data to compile statistics to enhance the website, products, and services offered.
The seller may also retain personal data to facilitate future orders.
These informations may also be given to companies involved in these relationships, such as those responsible for service and order execution (such as Stripe or Paypal) for their management, execution, processing, and payment. The seller agrees not to disclose this information to a third-party company.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.
ARTICLE 10 – Disputes settlement and applicable law
These online sales terms and conditions are subject to international law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction.
All the articles mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions on the JennaBlossoms.me website, are subject to international law.
ARTICLE 11 - Termination of access rights
The company Lightwork Media OÜ may terminate the buyer's access rights to its websites, services, and related products at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
